They are currently looking for an Integrations Business Analyst who will play a crucial role in managing client integrations and ensuring smooth technical implementations.
This position combines technical expertise with strong client communication skills to deliver exceptional integration solutions.Responsibilities:Client communications regarding integration between clients and the companyPresent integration options via emails and/or video callsFollow up on action points via emailRespond to client enquiriesContact clients regarding integration issues or changesCreate Jira tickets with requirements for developersTest and validate developer output vs requirements, provide feedback as needed - involves executing PHP command lines, inserting/updating/deleting MySQL database rows, and using MS Excel (Filter, Text to Columns, PivotTable, XLOOKUP)Manage integration operationsMonitor job executions and manage job configs in Rundeck schedulerSupport helpdesk team by investigating client questions and providing recommended responses or actionsRequirements3+ years of experience in managing delivery timelines and client communicationsStrong technical background with experience in coding languages (PHP preferred)Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExperience in bridging technical and business requirements
