Marketing Campaign Specialist

Are you a process driven individual who loves working autonomously?Work across a variety of exciting channelsFlexible and hybrid full time 12-month contract role based in Sydney or MelbourneMarketing Campaign SpecialistThis is an incredible rare 12-month contract opportunity commencing from January 2025 within our Marketing team. In this role you will independently manage portfolios with stakeholders and act as a point of contact for the Affinity business you support for our member-based marketing.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sydney or Melbourne offices.What the day will look likeIn this role you will conduct a range of activities including:Marketing plan execution for the Affinity segment – to support the broader affinity marketing strategyWork towards achieving lead generation targets through a variety of tactical campaigns and activitiesWorking closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure optimum targeting & ROI through paid mediaAssociation partner relationship management and execution of activities as per the agreed calendarMaintaining all segment collateral and webpages to make sure they are compliant and up-to-date by working with relevant stakeholdersSupporting the Affinity business with brand, campaign and market insights as appropriate as well as providing updates on marketing spend and making recommendations for improvement as appropriateDeveloping relevant and timely content along with the content marketer to engage customers and prospects in these marketsSkills and experience that will lead to successWe're a team of passionate, creative individuals looking for someone who has some or most of the following:Experience within brand or campaign management preferred and/or exposure to b2b and generalist marketingCampaign reporting and familiarity with marketing metrics desirableGreat communication and stakeholder management skillsGood with systems and tools to support with marketing such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office product suiteStrong understanding of the briefing, design and development process for marketing assets such as emails, advertisement, webpages and moreHow we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
