Senior Network Engineer

A highly successful and fast-growing MSP in Melbourne's South East is looking to take on a Senior Network Engineer to their team. The company has seen excellent results over the last couple of years and as a result are building out their capabilities, including building out a Network practice. The Senior Network Engineer will be primarily project-focused and responsible for meeting with customers, understanding their requirements to then design and implement networking solutions in a client-centric approach.This is a very exciting time to be joining an organically growing company on their journey. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to move into a leadership position and play a pivotal role in growing out the Network Practice.Main Responsibilities:Take ownership of Network related solutionsWork closely with the Presales team to design and implement projectsLead migrations, deployments & roll outs of Aruba, Fortigate & Palo Alto solutionsAct as a technical lead to develop junior and aspiring Network EngineersResolve complex technical queries as a senior escalation pointEnsure quality documentation of workStay up to date with latest Network Technologies & Certifications ie NSE, PCNSE, CCIEExperience Required:5+ years experience as a Network EngineerMust have proven experience designing and implementing solutionsMust have previous MSP / Customer facing experienceCCNP Level and above Routing & Switching skillsExperience with Aruba Switching & Wireless solutions (Clearpass)Must have hands-on experience with NGFW - Fortigate and/or Palo AltoExperience mentoring or leading junior engineers is advantageousMust have excellent communication skills both written and verbalCloud Networking experience with AWS or Azure would be a bonusIndustry certifications highly regarded - Aruba, Fortinet, Palo AltoIf you think you are the one to shine in this role please APPLY now for a confidential chat
