Role: Executive FinanceResponsibilities: Managing MIS PL for various Business divisions along with Group PLAnalysing UBR, UER and sensitising the key stakeholders on the ageing and resolutions.
Tracking the utilisation by coordinating with the Project management office to optimise the PL Close revenue process on a monthly basis and analyse the variances.
Track various KPI's of the company and meet the reporting timelines.Assist in preparing the routine management reports and adhoc requirement.Follow up on debtors overdues and track the monthly collection targets and assist in Cash flow forecasting activities.Review contractors billings and escalate for approvals or variances.Excellent command on MS Excel and PowerPoint.Liaising with Auditors for the various audit schedules and coordinating for the smooth closure of auditsSkill sets: Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills0-2 plus years of experienceGood analytical and logical skillsBasic understanding of accountingExcellent communication skills
