Gransolar Group is a group of vertically integrated companies specialising in solar photovoltaic energy and battery storage systems, with 17 years of experience in the solar photovoltaic industry.
Our strategy is to develop, build, and operate a balanced portfolio of large-scale solar projects to meet the growing demand for clean and sustainable energy, offering services and solutions covering the development, construction, and O&M to designing, tracker manufacture, and storage.
As GRS, Gransolar Group has a worldwide footprint as EPC with over 111 successfully completed projects for a total capacity of more than 2.6 GW, with a strong presence in Australia, including 12 completed projects and 1.9 GW under construction.
In the O&M business line, we manage more than 1.1 GW worldwide, with 500 MW in Australia.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide general legal support for multiple projects across Australia.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the development and construction of solar farms, especially EPC and O&M Contracts, as well as MOUs, NDAs, LOIs, Exclusivity Agreements, Subcontracts, and Supply Agreements.Establish, implement, and lead the commercial and contractual processes regarding correspondence, notifications, insurances, variations, and claims.Implement an appropriate flow-down of main contract terms and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.Identify risks to the projects and provide counter-strategies and commercial solutions to minimise project impact.Coordinate and brief External Counsel.Lead the preparation and submission of all progress claims and negotiations with clients and partners.Manage subcontractor progress and any contractual issues, providing solutions and advice to the Project Management Team.Experience RequiredBachelor of Laws in Australia.6+ years PAE.3-5 years' experience in a top-tier law firm.Minimum 2 years of in-house experience across the infrastructure and renewables sectors.Relevant accounting or finance degree is desirable but not essential.Computer skills: Word (advanced), Excel (basic), and Outlook.Availability to travel.In return, we offer competitive salary packaging and great staff benefits, the opportunity to develop your experience with one of Australia's leading commercial solar energy companies, and most of all, an employer who truly cares for their employees
