With over 70 employees, IMS operates from a Perth Management Centre and service hubs in Hedland and Newman, with plans to increase the network of service hubs across the wider Pilbara and metropolitan Perth within 12 months.About the RoleWe are seeking two Non-Executive Directors to join the IMS Board, as we require that not less than 50% of Directors must be Indigenous. At least one of the new Directors will be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.Candidates should have a strong understanding of the strategic and operational context of the services IMS offers, along with:Experience in shaping and monitoring governance, risk, and compliance frameworksA proven track record of growing or creating enterprises with both social and commercial objectivesDesirable Skills and AttributesStrategic planning expertiseEffective governance qualities, including strong communication, critical thinking, and teamworkCommitmentThe Board meets eight times annually, with six meetings in Perth and two in Port Hedland.
