You will need:
Experience in administration, sales, marketing, hospitality or real estateStrong financial management, and ability to pick up sales and marketing skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh emotional intelligence and team orientationReporting to the CEO, your remit includes: A keen focus on resident welfare and ensuring the upkeep of Village facilitiesFostering a culture of continuous improvement and resident satisfactionMaintaining high occupancy levels working with sales and marketing team on effective client acquisition strategiesEnsuring compliance with relevant legislative frameworksCollaborating with case managers to grow home care services for residentsWHAT MAKES THIS ORGANISATION ONE YOU'D WANT TO WORK FOR?
