The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an energetic Assistant Village Manager to join our dynamic team at Henry Kendall Gardens.
Set within 100 acres of subtropical rainforest and landscaped gardens, Henry Kendall Gardens offers picturesque surroundings, quality facilities and a vibrant and supportive village environment, based in Wyoming, on the beautiful Central Coast.
As an Assistant Village Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our community.
Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions and collaborative projects, all within a lively and cheerful environment.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Village Manager, your key accountabilities in this role will include:
Supporting the day-to-day operations at the village Contributing to effective resident management to foster strong customer relationships and support delivery of village maintenance Being the next level of escalation for resident issues and concerns Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the village Implementing company policies, strategies and plans to maintain residents' satisfaction Assisting with running of village events, social calendar and activities Assisting with the onboarding of new residents and conducting exiting conversations with outgoing residents Supporting the provision of a safe working environment for all staff, contractors, visitors and residents Keyton Perks

Your proactive and customer-focused attitude will see you succeed in the role, as well as an ability to work autonomously to deliver professional outcomes.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be key to your success in this role, as will:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer literacy – including the Microsoft Office Suite A keen eye for detail and ability to balance different priorities and manage day-to-day expectations for the residents and their families A First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate, or be willing to complete Willingness to learn and professionally develop, along with a proactive and can-do attitude.
