About the Role As the Village Manager, you'll be at the forefront of creating a vibrant, welcoming environment for residents at a beautiful village in Newcastle.
Reporting to the General Manager of Independent Living, you'll drive the sales strategy for the village while fostering a supportive, engaging community for both new and long-term residents.
In this role, you'll lead initiatives that attract new residents, exceed sales targets, and ensure a high standard of living for all.
What You'll Bring A track record in sales management and pipeline development, ideally in aged care or retirement livingProficiency in lead generation, networking, and cultivating meaningful relationshipsA proactive approach to conflict resolution, demonstrating empathy and professionalismStrong background in village or retirement community managementTechnical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platformsHigh emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills, delivering results with empathyEntrepreneurial drive with a commercial mindset, aligned with resident-focused outcomesA commitment to fostering a positive, mission-driven cultureRequirements NDIS Worker Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Current Driver's LicenseWhy Join?
