You will act as a liaison between our customers and the service department, providing clear communication and exceptional customer care.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesBe the face of our service department, greeting customers and ensuring they have an amazing experience.Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle needs and explain service recommendations clearly.Coordinate with our skilled workshop to ensure timely and efficient service.Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and answer any questions they may have.Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in the service area.Essential Skills & ExperienceTo be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the below:
