About the company:
Melbourne Tractors is a family owned dealership with over 35 years of partnering our customers and delivering, repairing and servicing awesome construction and agricultural machines including Kobelco, New Hollance, Merlo, ASVs and more Our dealership, Meltrac in Terang, is looking for our next star Service Advisor.
About the role:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Terang dealership, working directly with our valued customers, delivering premium service. Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Assessing customers needs, recommending appropriate services and securing bookings Co-ordinating service appointments, managing workshop schedules and arranging parts and sublet services Communicating with technicians and customers to ensure on time delivery and a seamless customer service experience Handling customer inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and efficiency Invoicing and closing out repair orders in a timely manner Our customers are our top priority, and you will be instrumental in delivering the quality service and support they deserve.
Preferred skills and experience:
As a customer service professional you are:
A people person with outstanding communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organised with a talent for multi-tasking A great problems solver, thriving under pressure A team player who values collaboration and positivity Experienced in the operations of a busy dealership and workshop Highly computer literate and a quick learner - DMS experience preferred On offer:
