Compass Group is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Supervisor to join our DeltaFM team. The successful applicant will be joining an established administration team and work closely with Senior Management in the business. Flexible work hours and arrangements can be negotiated.
THE POSITION Working closely with Senior Management and Operational TeamsJoining an established Facilities Maintenance Administration teamResponsible for producing reports and monitoring compliance including Monthly Performance ReportingMaintain the Compass and Clients Compliance ProgramCo-ordinate external audits for sites contractual requirementsMonitoring compliance for requisite sites with the Compass Group Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management SystemPrepare, deliver and develop training on related policies and procedures in areas including Clients QMS, Manager Training, Incident Reporting, Environmental Management System, ECO LAB Chemical Training, PayGlobalTHE PERSON Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing and monitoring QMS programs in a multi-service environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy & writing skillsHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsAustralian Working Rights, Photo ID & willing to participate in a National Police Clearance as part of the processTHE BENEFITS Full Time Permanent Ongoing Position.
