Compass Group are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Supervisor to join our DeltaFM team.
The successful applicant will be joining an established administration team and will work closely with Senior Management in the business.
Flexible work hours and arrangements can be negotiated.
The hours will be Monday to Friday, with no weekends or public holidays.
THE POSITION Joining an established finance teamProvide compliance and financial support to sites.Responsible for producing reports and monitoring compliance including Monthly Performance ReportingMonitoring and maintaining the Compass and Clients Compliance Program which includes monitoring both the internal audit schedule and database of resultsPrepare, deliver and develop training on related policies and procedures in areas including Clients QMS, Claims and Financial Management ProcessesTHE PERSON Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing and monitoring QMS programsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and high level of computer literacy & writing skillsExperience with the compilation and manipulation of financial data to identify discrepancies and make meaningful correlationsHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsAustralian Working Rights, Photo ID & willing to participate in a National Police Clearance as part of the processTHE BENEFITS Full Time Permanent Ongoing Position.
