TLC Clifton Views is a chic and sophisticated residential aged care home centrally located to Queens Parade shops and public transport. Clifton Views proudly offers a comprehensive array of senior care services, catering to the diverse needs of older people seeking quality nursing home and aged care options in Fitzroy North. TLC Aged Care Fitzroy North has an extensive range of on-site services available making Clifton Views a unique place to live, including a community medical centre, allied health services, gym, physiotherapy, dietetics and podiatry, a resident's sports bar and café, and virtual reality cinema. This is not your typical role. As a Care Manager (Div 1/ Grade 5), you will thrive being on the floor providing hands-on care alongside a high performing team who excel in providing quality person-centred care and services to residents and their loved ones.
