You will provide coaching and professional support to team members.
Using your technical expertise, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Assist with workflow management Review of junior and intermediate team members work Preparation of scoping and job budgets Ensure client work is completed within time allocation and job budgets Achieve individual and team monthly billings targets Manage a comprehensive portfolio of clients Ensure integrity of ATO lodgement program Develop a focus of "Value Add Services" & "Cross Selling Services" within the team Provide support and training for junior Accountants Preparation of client reports including: Financial statements Cash flow projections and budget forecasts Standard working papers Preparation of tax returns for all types of entities Excellent client-facing skills, written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with high professional standards and personal integrity.
Public Practice experience is essential.
