About the RoleALS Water Division operates a modern commercial laboratory in Scoresby that's equipped with the latest in technology.
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Technician with 1-2 years' experience in Laboratory work to join our team.
We strive to exceed client expectations by delivering quality results on time and by maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
This role is fast-paced and requires you to work at speed with accuracy.
Experience in a Commercial NATA accredited Laboratory would be advantageous.
The day to day Preparation and analysis of water and soil samples in accordance with ALS Quality Work InstructionsCompleting tasks accurately, in set timeframes and to the relevant analysis standardHighlighting anomalies in results and sample type and sample behaviour to the Team LeaderOrganising designated tasks to maximise daily efficiencyContribution to a clean, tidy and organised Laboratory.The Essentials 1-2 years' experience in a Commercial LaboratoryRelevant experience – Degree or Diploma qualificationExcellent organisational skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsTeam-oriented with the ability to work autonomouslyStrong focus on quality and safety standardsAttention to detail.Working at ALSOur people drive our success at ALS.
