Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for processing and managing the payroll, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable.Key Responsibilities for the role:Processing and managing payroll for up to 40 employeesProcessing and submitting invoices into MYOBGenerating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reportsUsing MYOB to check tax and Superannuation updatesManaging reconciliations, commissions, and worker's compensation instalmentsUpdating and managing the internal databaseBuilding relationships with key stakeholdersGeneral Administration tasks, including answering phones and managing email inquiriesSkills & experience:Previous experience in a similar role for at least three yearsConfident user of MYOBConfident user of Microsoft suites, including Excel and OutlookExcellent communication skills, written and verbalStrong attention to detailCulture:Our company fosters a supportive environment where the team shares a strong bond, akin to a close-knit family, ensuring every employee receives the necessary support.Benefits:Join a long-standing teamTeam bonding eventsAn excellent team culture and supportive managementOngoing career development and growth opportunitiesLong-standing relationships with clients and contractorsAbout us:Frontline Recruitment Group was established in 1995 and is made up of industry-specific verticals.
