What You Will Do Lead all daily operations at our flagship shop, ensuring exceptional guest service, cleanliness, and brand showmanship.Oversee a team of assistant managers and front-line staff, promoting a fun, motivating, and efficient work culture.Maintain seamless coordination of merchandising, promotions, and partnerships with local co-tenants and the landlord.Interact regularly with guests to create personal connections and ensure they have a memorable experience.Address guest concerns promptly to ensure total satisfaction.Develop processes for special events and tailor guest experiences to meet and exceed expectations.Build and maintain a high-energy, collaborative, and fun work environment that supports staff development and retention.Train and motivate your team to embody the SMiZE & DREAM ethos, focusing on exceptional service and entertainment-driven experiences.Manage shift schedules, approve time cards, and lead performance reviews to drive growth and team satisfaction.Drive sales performance by setting targets, managing budgets, and analyzing financial reports to ensure the store is thriving.Lead inventory checks and manage procurement of supplies, ensuring everything from ice cream to merchandise is well-stocked and accounted for.Collaborate with the leadership team to brainstorm ideas for promotions and events that drive foot traffic and return visits.Ensure adherence to all legal and operational standards, including safety regulations, health audits, and equipment maintenance.Uphold the highest brand standards in every aspect of the store, from visual presentation to guest service.Work closely with leadership to develop in-store and out-of-store marketing plans.Capture content for social media and manage local partnerships and community events to boost brand awareness.Requirements 5+ years of experience in ice cream shops, themed dining, fine dining, amusement parks, and or immersive experiences.Proven leadership in guest service.Strong skills in managing budgets, inventory, and sales performance.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Passion for creating unforgettable customer experiences.A plus is having an entertainment background to have a keen understanding of how to create an entertaining environment.About Us SMiZE & DREAM is a company like no other—where entertainment, mentorship, and ice cream come together to inspire people to dig deep and reach for their dreams.
