We're looking for awesome Restaurant Managers to join the team at Grill'd restaurants across the Gold Coast
A day in the life of a Grill'd Manager means you'll be: Leading and motivating 20-50 team members to drive sales growth and build engagement within your restaurantWorking closely with our Growth Coaches, you will ensure the restaurant is running at a high standard, which includes weekly responsibilities such as rostering, recruiting, stock management, and restaurant complianceThis is a people-focused role where you will be empowered to support your team members' development, both personally and professionally through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and creating talent pipelines for promotionsManaging business financials including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIsOwnership of our local matters program for your restaurant by engaging with your local community groups to make a differenceWhat we look for? Previous leadership experience, managing a team of 20+ within hospitality/entertainment venues - this could be QSR, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas, and anything in betweenProven experience leading from the front and creating high performing and engaged teamsYou're great with numbers and have an analytical mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and generating reports and opportunities for sales growthYou're organised and love a high-energy working environment, where no two days are the same; you bring positive vibes and are passionate about the hospitality industrySomeone who prides themselves on a customer-first approach and empowers their team to do the sameWhy Grill'd?
