Senior Business Analyst

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on a critical Salesforce implementation project for a well-established organisation on a large digital transformation program.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM implementation.Define and validate solutions aligned with program objectives, focusing on Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud capabilities.Support legacy system decommissioning by mapping processes and ensuring smooth data migration and integration.Assist in change management, including training and support to end-users for new processes and tools.Skills and Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in CRM implementation projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce. (Required)In-depth knowledge and experience implementing Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud functionalities. (Required)Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements.Experience in government digital transformation projects is highly desirable.If you are passionate about leveraging your expertise in Salesforce CRM to create impactful solutions and drive digital transformation, we would love to hear from you
