Opportunity for extensions and growth within federal government WFH flexibility Full time hours - 38 per week Contract until 24/07/2025 Federal Government Agency Sydney Location About the company Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage a Senior Business Analyst .This position is located in their busy Sydney office for an initial contract until July 2025.
About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with a strong stakeholder engagement and process engineering skills.
This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of the Security Policy to meet the evolving security needs of our organisation.
Duties Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
Conduct detailed data analysis Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements Maintain strong relationships with shareholders Prepare documentation, including process maps, and reports.
Work with our Change Manager to develop and deliver training programs to educate staff.
Requirements/Skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Security Management, Procurement, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Knowledge of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) is highly desirable.
