My client is a large financial services organisation specialising in corporate, commercial and personal lending.
They are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Business Analyst to join their team and play a key role in optimising processes and systems to support their continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyse, and document business requirementsTranslate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process workflowsAnalyse and map existing business processes for debt products (mortgages, commercial lending, personal lending) to identify inefficiencies or gapsDesign and document optimised end-to-end processes, incorporating industry best practices and regulatory complianceKey Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, with significant exposure to the banking sectorExpertise in debt instruments, ideally across corporate, commercial or personal lendingHands-on experience with core banking systems and receivables platforms will be highly regardedProven ability to design and document end-to-end processes, ensuring efficiency and scalabilityStrong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business challengesBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related fieldPreferred Qualifications:Experience with modern lending solutionsKnowledge of regulatory frameworks as they relate to debt productsIf you are interested in this fantastic opportunity please do not hesitate to apply by clicking on the link below.
