Also the opportunity to WFH and work life balance.Growth and Support: Employee referral bonuses and a supportive culture where your career can flourish.Key Responsibilities: Computer pattern making from designer's sketches, including technically complex compositions or fabric types.Work together with offshore manufacturers to develop and finalize styles while upholding Veronika Maine DNA standards.Fitting and pattern alterations to produce finished garments for weekly design and buying meeting.Completing accurate style sheets for production purposes.
Input information into Momentis Fashion System and Excel.Provide advice or assistance to Patternmakers as required to ensure quality of production.
Team collaboration.Fitting final samples for production – including garment specifications, accessory requirements and construction information for makers.The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a pattern maker, with expertise in garment construction, fabric handling, and technical patternmaking.Proficiency in Style Cad and Momentis Fashion System for creating, grading, and finalizing patterns, and managing production data.Strong understanding of Veronika Maine's brand DNA and ability to collaborate with designers and offshore manufacturers to achieve design standards.Someone that lives and breathes our values of:How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:
