Commercial Property Manager

A rare opportunity for a motivated and capable person to enter the exciting and rewarding world of Commercial Property. Working within Port Hedland's premier commercial property department at Hedland First National, you will be exposed to a wide range of commercial property management operations with the support of an experienced team. From marketing and leasing discussions, accounts, to maintenance and inspections, to negotiating you will quickly develop an understanding of a unique area of property operations in demand around the world. Working in commercial property is a great start or continuation to your career in business as you deal with people and contracts ranging from small and medium business through to Australia's largest companies.Previous commercial property experience will be viewed favorably, but is not essential. Past experience dealing with buildings or trades/builders is also useful prior experience. Perhaps you have a trade background yourself and are looking for a change of path into a corporate environment.The ability to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal communication with clients and problem-solving capacity is critical.Key candidate attributes are:A driver's licence and vehicle,Good organisational skills with an attention to detail,Ability to work both independently and as part of a successful team,Ability to communicate with a wide range of clients and negotiate effectively,A problem-solving mindset;An interest in property and business in the Pilbara in general.If this is you, come join Hedland First National's award-winning commercial team today.About us: HFN is the Pilbara's largest and most respected Real Estate Agency, the winner of REIWA's Large Residential Agency of the Year 2024.
