Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Full time Transgrid operates and manages the major high voltage electricity transmission network in NSW and the ACT, connecting generators, distributors and major end users.Our core role is to connect electricity consumers to a safe, secure and reliable network through efficient maintenance, proficient operation of assets and prudent investment.
Our network is the backbone of the NEM, enabling energy trading between Australia's three largest states along the east coast and supporting the competitive wholesale electricity market.

In your new role you will be responsible for the retention and growth of a client portfolio across Lumea's Energy Services business.
You will act as the client's advocate and support the client journey from early origination phase, through the connection process, construction and ongoing asset management and operation.
You will develop a strong business development pipeline through the identification and development of commercially sound opportunities that are aligned with Lumea's growth strategy.
While managing a portfolio of existing and new clients, the Account Manager will be focused on growth through the successful contract execution of contestable works.
You will be a passionate and driven professional with extensive experience in the ongoing management of client relationships, including the account management of targeted accounts.
While leading client negotiations, the incumbent shall work closely with internal stakeholders and other teams to support the development of commercial proposals and bids to secure new and repeat business.
Skills & Experience Experience in the energy infrastructure and/or renewable energy industryExcellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skillsExperience in the account management, origination, development and negotiation of large-scale infrastructure bidsDeveloped business acumen and project/bid management skillsCollaborative and decisive behaviour styleIntegrity and commitment to ethical practice, equity and diversityDeveloped negotiation and presentation skillsProven track record in the development and execution of commercial agreementsDemonstrated influencing skills with potential customers, decision makers, and other relevant stakeholdersTertiary qualifications at degree level in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experienceCompetent in the application of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements relative to the duties of the positionKnowledge and experience in relevant CRM database systems such as SalesForceExcellent time management and the ability to achieve deadlines through competing priorities under pressureRecognition & Reward In return for your hard work, we have numerous benefits and initiatives to support you personally and professionally including but not limited to private health insurance discount, motor vehicle lease plan, career development support, study assistance program and workplace flexibility.
