As a DM, you will be responsible for the hotel in the absence of all senior management.
You will ensure that your team has the right support and know how to deliver Ovolo's promise of providing effervescent and effortless experiences to our guests.
You will ensure a safe environment for all our guests and employees.
This is a Full-Time gig and will require flexibility in availability to be able to work mornings, nights & weekends.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Make guests feel right at home with the ability to socialise, network and engage with themTake the lead on everything Front Office, supporting not just the front office team but reservations, housekeeping, maintenance and food and beverageDrive upsell revenue through effective team trainingProvide training, support and mentorship to future leadersEnsure an overall smooth running of hotel operations whilst on shiftAssist senior management with preparing documents/hotel logsSalary: $75,629 per annum plus superannuation.About youAt Ovolo, we are all about YOU.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous hotel duty manager experience, or be currently an aspiring front office supervisor looking to take the next step.
