About the role Our team at Brisbane Private Hospital are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - Grade 2, to join our Day Surgery Team on a full-time basis as a Theatre Bookings Team Leader.
This position is responsible for the booking of elective and emergency surgical and medical patients into Brisbane Private Hospital. The Theatre Bookings Team Leader will work in close liaison with Visiting Medical Officers and the Hospital Coordinator / Bed Manager to capture bed availability, and liaise with the Theatre Manager to ensure full theatre list utilization and plan additional emergency theatre lists wherever possible.

Minimum Requirements: Nursing registration with AHPRAExperience working as a Registered or Clinical Nurse within a day surgery/acute care settingPerioperative and bookings experience (desirable)Prior leadership experience (desirable)Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient careHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to ongoing personal and professional developmentWhy Healthscope?
