Overview The Showroom Manager is responsible for providing a flawless showroom experience for both Humanscale personnel who work in the showroom and the clients who visit the showroom.
It's an administrative role that should ensure client, customer, and company satisfaction.
The right candidate needs to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and hospitable.
Responsibilities Showroom opening and closing dutiesMaintains cleanliness of the showroom at all timesResponsible for the upkeep of the showroom & office spaceManage Contractors and Suppliers ContractsEvent ManagementShowroom Facility ManagementAdmin assistance for sales team members – e.g.
client order entry and processingBring forward new ideas, initiatives, and improvements of existing functions.Continually develop an understanding of the company's culture, products, ethical initiatives, and other areas of the business, and reflect this in everyday performance.Keeping up to date with trends in the relevant furniture market.Qualifications Must have the ability to handle multiple and changing priorities, and the ability to work efficiently, independently, and in a team environment.Clear concise communication and customer focus skills demonstrating an ability to adjust behaviour to handle different clients.
Making the effort to understand customer's and team's needs.Commitment to delivering maximum service quality, empathy, showing individual attention, customer care, and personal involvement.Humanscale is an equal opportunities employer.
