An opportunity exists for a passionate and results-driven People & Culture professional to join the GPC Asia Pacific team in metro Sydney. You will partner with our NAPA, Two Wheel Division and Repco store networks across NSW and ACT.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a progressive business in a time of strategic change.
Reporting to the General Manager People, Culture & Wellbeing Partner; you will work closely with People Leaders in delivering pragmatic and commercially sound people planning and advice.
This is a true business partnering role that will allow you to build on your skillset in a supportive, challenging, and inclusive environment.
About the role of PCW Business Partner:Partner with leaders as a trusted advisor, proactive deliverer, and impactful coach across all areas of People & CultureSupport and advise on performance, ER and complex workplace investigationsSupport commercial delivery through effective change leadership, including acquisition support, integration and project implementationLead and implement robust succession, talent and workforce planning to ensure a strong pipeline across key positions to support future needsProactive workforce performance management, supporting leaders to create high performing, highly engaged teamsSupport all cyclic HR activities within the AoR, ensuring alignment with the overall GPC People PlanSupport safety programs and initiatives, in line with, and supporting, the WHS teamBe a positive and collaborative contributor to all P&C deliverables, and an engaged member of the wider People, Culture & Wellbeing teamAbout you:Customer centric, people-focused and passionate about delivering commercial and consultative People & Culture solutionsGrowth mindset with an ability to distil complex issues and explain with claritySelf-motivated with solid People & Culture operational experienceTactical experience in multi-site sales operationsPersonable, proactive and committed to building strong working relationships, engaging with all levels of our businessThrives in a fast-paced environmentAn excellent coach, communicator, planner and influencerYou will be provided with high levels of autonomy and decision-making ability.
