The Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout the entire duration of their stay.
A few of your responsibilities Provide outstanding guest service to enhance the guest experienceManage all guest requests and maintain guest accountsSound knowledge of local attractions and surroundingsPerform check-in and check-out in a professional, friendly, and efficient mannerComplete daily tasks in line with shift checklistsWhat we will be looking for Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiencesExceptional guest service skills and commitment to 5-star customer serviceProfessional telephone mannerAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external clientsExcellent organizational skills and high level of computer literacyAbout you The successful candidate will possess a go-to attitude and always ensure their main goal is to go above and beyond for our guests while maintaining our 5-star commitment.
Prior experience within hospitality or retail is desirable but not essential.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our hotel team at The Star Brisbane.

About us The $3.6 billion Queen's Wharf Brisbane development is being delivered by Destination Brisbane Consortium – a joint venture led by The Star Entertainment Group alongside its partners.
When complete, Queen's Wharf Brisbane will deliver four new luxury hotels, more than 50 new food and beverage experiences, significant luxury retail, the restoration of nine heritage buildings, and around 1,500 residential apartments.
