The AHB Group is one of the fastest growing and successful housing companies in Australia.
We are now seeking a Service Operations Manager for our Wholesale business - Royston Homes, leading a team of Two Team Leaders and Eight wonderful Coordinators.
Royston Homes, being the wholesale arm of the business, works with BDM's, Investors, and Marketers, so there is very little direct customer contact.
The Role You will manage the Royston Homes WorkflowEnsure we meet our minimum jobs to site per monthYou will work closely with other department managers and leadersYou will play a pivotal role in our customers' building journey by leading your team to support and give guidance to your stakeholders throughout the processAbility to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholdersUtilising technology, internal systems, industry knowledge and AHB Group software to deliver a seamless customer experienceMaintaining accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and AHB Group policy and procedureHelp assess and improve systems and processes.About You You have a high emphasis on Customer ServiceHigh level of personal presentationDriven with a "Can Do" attitudeStrong attention to detailEnjoy the excitement of being a part of a rapidly expanding businessQualifications and Experience MUST have Pre-site and Onsite Admin Experience in Volume BuildingSignificant experience in managing Workflow for a high performing teamAble to prioritise and handle a large workloadA strong work ethic and the ability to multi-taskStrong written & verbal communication skills, including a professional phone mannerExperience in building a people-centric and positive culture within your teamsStrong leadership experience would be idealWhat's on offer A passionate and fun teamTraining, development and mentoringOpportunities to grow within the organisationAbove market salaryExtravagant company eventsDiversity, inclusion and a bunch of fun people doing fun thingsOnsite ParkingIf it sounds like you, we would recommend you make an application today to get the ball rolling.
