Role Requirements Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, this role will have you supporting our customers' Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Threat Management (MTM) Platforms, and future Mobile Computing Platforms including for phones, tablets, laptops and ruggedised industrial devices for logistics and field technicians.
Assist with ongoing training of technical services staff to ensure consistent delivery of our services.
Backup support to imei's Pre-Sales Engineers and internal IT infrastructure.
Technical Experience and Certifications: Microsoft 365 / Active Directory MDM (Intune, Omnissa/Airwatch, Ivanti/MobileIron), EMM, Enterprise App Stores MTM (MS Defender, JAMF Trust, Zimperium, ZTNA, Lookout) Modern Workplace Management MDM Vendor, Apple, Android, Samsung certification, or ability to obtain Nice to Have Knowledge of: MCSE/MCTS or equivalent certification Android Enterprise and Samsung Knox, Zero Touch Apple Business Manager Certificate Based Authentication, AD CS PKI deployment Active Directory integrations (LDAP, AD FS, Entra ID) DNS & DHCP knowledge and understanding About imei imei is an Australian based Managed Mobility Service Provider that has been solely focused on mobilising organisations since the year 2000.
