The opportunity
In order to help us create greater retirement outcomes for our members your role is focused on supporting the onboarding and accumulation stream of lifecycle marketing and identifying other retention opportunities.
You will liaise with our wider Marketing and Growth stakeholders and suggest "next best action" steps utilising data and proof points.
Your responsibilities will also include:

Work closely with the Retention Leads to manage and implement new retention and engagement journeys and campaign activity in line with marketing plan Implement relevant automated journeys to enhance retention and engagement opportunities Regularly provide competitor intelligence updates, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve Actively represent Marketing by collaborating closely with key stakeholders across UniSuper.

About you
Your relationship-building skills, high energy, positive can-do attitude and passion for problem solving and creative thinking will be invaluable.
You will bring 3+ years marketing experience, ideally within financial services, as well as a track record of leading and developing communications for financial audiences across multiple channels.
In addition, your skills and experience will include:
Strong organisational and planning skills with specific experience of managing events Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform Ability to work across multiple projects to tight deadlines
