Be at the forefront of driving clinical excellenceAbout YouWe're looking for a dynamic and experienced Speech Pathologist who thrives in a leadership role.
You will have the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team while ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients.
You'll have a strong clinical foundation in Speech Pathology and the drive to lead with vision and integrity.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a dedicated team of Speech Pathologists.Drive clinical excellence and ensure the delivery of evidence-based services.Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.Collaborate with senior leadership to innovate and expand service offerings.Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders.Contribute to the growth and strategy of our service delivery across Melbourne.What You'll Bring: A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.Full SPA membership.Proven experience in a clinical management or leadership role.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.A passion for developing people and making a difference in the lives of clients.Ready to Take the Next Step?
