In this front-line position, the successful applicant is required to effectively communicate with patients and all key stakeholders to ensure the efficient scheduling and delivery of the imaging services.
The position is only open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia.

About you: We are seeking a skilled and energetic Administration Officer who possess a passion for person centred care.

Previous experience as a receptionist in Radiology will be highly regarded.

Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia.

Demonstrated ability in delivering excellent patient-centered service and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
3.
Previous experience providing administrative support in a clinical health setting.
4.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
5.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
6.
Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
7.
Good computer literacy .
