As our new Space Coordinator, you'll play a key role in moving around the space keeping it looking great, covering reception, setting up events, supporting members, and helping to shape a positive and welcoming culture.

We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy to move around the space throughout the day; this could be the perfect opportunity for someone who is ready to transition from a retail or hospitality role and start their career in an office setting with no weekends or late nights

Key Responsibilities
Set up and pack down of meetings and events Assist in setting up the space including keeping the coffee flowing Organise mail and parcels Clean and tidy all common areas Restock bread, coffee, confectionary, fruit bowls, drinks fridges, and other kitchen items Provide administrative support Onboard new members and book meeting rooms Take phone calls and direct to relevant staff member Handle member requests with professionalism Take visitors to meeting rooms or communal waiting area Occasional errand running Is This You?

Previous experience in customer service, especially hospitality Comfortable moving around the space on your feet throughout the day Professional and positive demeanour Effective communicator who enjoys engaging with others Hands-on approach to tasks and 'happy to pitch in' attitude The benefits of working with WOTSO
