They are currently seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Entry / Operations Admin to join their team in Laverton.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in construction administration and a keen eye for detail.
Job Description Accurately entering and managing project information.Maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and documentation.Assisting with the preparation of reports and project documentation.Providing general administrative support to the operations team.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Ensuring all documentation complies with company standards and policies.The Successful Applicant Previous experience in construction administration is essential.Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer The passionate team are extremely down to earth.
