This role demands a visionary leader with experience in scaling businesses globally, particularly in tech-driven environments like marketplaces, advertising, and SaaS.As ArchiPro's first chief-level hire, you will be instrumental in architecting the internal structures, financial strategies, and operational processes that will lay the groundwork for sustainable, scalable growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Financial Leadership:Develop and Execute Financial Strategy: Lead comprehensive financial strategies to support ArchiPro's ambitious growth objectives.Architect Growth Strategy: Partner closely with the CEO to define and execute ArchiPro's long-term strategy.Drive Company-Wide Transformation: Implement scalable processes and structures that support long-term growth.Capital Management and Fundraising: Drive capital raising efforts and optimise the capital structure for global expansion.Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts.Risk Management: Implement comprehensive risk management frameworks.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Identify and pursue strategic M&A opportunities.Operational Leadership:Operational Efficiency: Streamline day-to-day operations.Process Improvement: Continuously optimise workflows.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.Global Growth & Transformation:Global Market Expansion: Drive international expansion strategies.Scale-Up Experience: Utilise your experience in scaling global companies.Team Leadership & Development:Build and Mentor High-Performing Teams: Develop the finance, operations, and broader leadership teams.Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with the People & Culture team.Data-Driven Decision Making:KPIs and Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators.Technology and Automation: Oversee the implementation of financial and operational systems.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior finance and operations roles.SaaS and/or Marketplace Experience: Strong understanding of the SaaS or marketplace business model.Financial Expertise: Expertise in capital management, fundraising, budgeting, and P&L oversight.M&A Experience: Demonstrated success in leading mergers and acquisitions.Operational Excellence: Strong operational leadership experience.Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required.
