With a focus on fostering strong client relationships and a culture of collaboration, they aim to set benchmarks in the industry while empowering their people to succeed.The RoleAs COO, you will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives. You will oversee critical areas, including Human Resources, Business Development, IT, Quality, and Operations, while driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and fostering a culture that aligns with the company's vision and values.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the executive team to build and grow a world-class, industry-leading organisation.Develop and execute strategic plans, assess progress, and recommend adjustments as needed.Lead the design, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies and operational processes.Forge strong relationships with clients and external partners to create strategic business opportunities.Oversee operations, HR, IT, and quality functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Create and implement operational plans, reporting structures, and policies that foster profitability and efficiency.Provide timely and accurate reports on operational performance.Inspire a high-performance culture, actively promoting employee development and accountability.Foster collaboration across departments and champion "one team" ethos.Work with the CFO to optimise financial performance, including sales, profitability, and cash flow.Uphold governance and professionalism standards across all functions.About YouYou are a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and a skilled communicator who inspires those around you. With a deep understanding of operational excellence and team dynamics, you bring both vision and practical expertise to the table.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).A minimum of 10 years' executive-level operational experience, preferably in a professional services organisation.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to foster a positive, growth-oriented culture.Strong business acumen, with excellent influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in process improvement, resource allocation, and operational planning.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.A collaborative mindset and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.In this exciting role you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team in a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions will drive real impact.
