Downer is seeking an experienced Change Advisor to join a passionate and purpose-driven team and drive the effective coordination and delivery of program-level change management activities.As a Change Advisor, reporting to the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Senior Change Manager, you'll analyse and monitor change impacts of key strategic programs and help shape the delivery of pivotal programs across the organisation.About Your Role:Analyse and monitor changes from program implementation, driving alignment with established goals and objectives.Support the change team in the creation, maintenance, and implementation of change impact and business readiness assessments, communications plan, and stakeholder analysis.Facilitate program and project stakeholder analysis sessions and establish and maintain stakeholder analysis and engagement plans.Coordinate the creation and distribution of regular and relevant program communications.Support business readiness through the preparation and assessment of business readiness for change.Analyse and provide input to training documentation, including the Project Training Plan.About You:Tertiary qualifications within a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.Experience working in large, complex organisations with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence change.Proven ability to successfully gather requirements and support change management activities.Demonstrated experience in successfully creating and implementing a wide range of communications.Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications.Excellent time management and organisational skills with high levels of initiative.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to travel interstate as required.Benefits of working with Downer:Work with an ASX listed company, working with market leaders.Grow your career with us; we are passionate about giving our people opportunities to grow through personal and professional development and continuous learning:Professional development programs.Access to professional memberships and industry networks.Be part of a team that cares; we foster a work environment built on support that is flexible around our employee's wellbeing needs:Flexible work arrangements.Parental leave.Employee Assistance Program.Programs promoting diversity and inclusion.A range of Corporate Benefits, including:Discounted services (car hires, hotels, insurance, retail stores, gyms).Salary sacrifice superannuation.At Downer, our approach to diversity is what sets us apart.
