What will this role achieve?
Marketing is at the heart of pladis – we develop and deliver the strategies that drive our continued success.
We build brands that consumers love and that are highly relevant to them in their everyday lives, and we work with our internal and external partners to drive sustained growth.
The Marketing team at pladis UK is focused on our key brand portfolios - Mc Vitie's, Jacob's, Godiva, New Platforms, and Commercial Brands.
The Assistant Brand Manager will support one of these teams, with a high degree of influence and responsibility.
As an Assistant Brand Manager for Mc Vitie's Masterbrand Comms, you will support the Senior Brand Manager in driving the development and the implementation of the brand strategy, working with our commercial teams to develop growth plans, developing and delivering compelling and distinctive brand marketing programmes, and above all building marketing leading brands that people talk about.
You will also take full responsibility for developing and implementing key brand initiatives such as product renovation development projects, product launches, social/PR and shopper media campaigns as appropriate to deliver the overall revenue and profit delivery of a brand portfolio.
What do you need for this role?
FMCG Marketing experience (operational or development).
Proven Project Management experience (Great organisation and collaboration skills).
