Just imagine the impact you could makeWhat's your role?We are seeking an experienced Workforce and Reporting Manager with strong experience in workforce management and predictive modelling to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for Workforce Management for the Bupa Telehealth team, as well as leading the performance and reporting function for Health Programs.What will my day involve?Lead the workforce management of Health Programs, including monitoring, managing and reporting on common contact centre metrics.Use modelling to predict resources needed to meet targets and maximise capacity.Calculate workforce shrinkage, analyse data and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.Manage and ensure effective distribution of incoming work.Lead and own the performance and reporting function for Health Programs.Develop performance and operational reporting and make recommendations to maximise performance.Collaborate with the Data Science team to produce statistical forecasts, leverage AI and statistical and other methodologies to produce regular forecasting.Own all reporting for Bupa Telehealth and Healthcare program.
Preparing reports, presentations and other documents to be shared in various forums across the business.What will I bring?Strong experience in workforce and reporting role.Experience across either private health insurance, private healthcare and/or public healthcare is highly regarded.Excellent team and talent development skills, with evidence of having established high performing teams.Demonstrated analytical, data and or reporting experience in a health-related field.Passion for innovation and going outside the box to figure out new ways of delivering continuous improvements.What's in it for youWe reward our people and celebrate their success.
