The exciting opportunity: Report into the Quality and Compliance Manager and provide quality support to residential aged care, home care, mental health and disability services Based at head office close to Perth's CBD with travel to sites and the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week Conduct audits and complete data analysis to identify any gaps Drive improvement initiatives to ensure all services meet governing accreditation standards and compliance requirements Assist in updating or creating new systems and processes What makes this great: Rare quality role where a clinical qualification isn't required Hybrid role allowing for work / life balance Opportunity to step away from staff management and focus on assisting services to meet accreditation standards Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice $115k + $6k car allowance + super + salary packaging + paid parental leave About you: Experience as a Quality Specialist or Service Manager in residential aged care, home care, mental health or disability Strong understanding of the legislation and standards governing residential aged care, home care, disability or mental health services and a proven track record helping services achieve accreditation Analytically minded, solution oriented and skilled at conducting audits, and identifying and rectifying areas for improvement Collaborative and supportive leader with a coaching nature who wants to be part of the solution Approachable, compassionate, friendly, able to build productive relationships and dedicated to providing exceptional services What next: Quality Specialist opportunities are rare so don't delay in expressing your interest
