As a key member of our dynamic team, you will closely collaborate with the Event and Sales Manager, ensuring every detail contributes to the success of our events.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Delivering exceptional customer serviceCollaborate closely with the Event and Sales Manager to plan, organize, and execute events.Handle logistics, ensuring all aspects of event coordination are meticulously managed.Finalize BEOs to guarantee accuracy and comprehensive event details.Assist with event setups, ensuring a visually appealing and functional environment.Proactively manage and overcome unexpected challenges that may arise during events.Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you must have the following knowledge, experience, and attributes:Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent time management skills.Experience in stakeholder management.The ability to manage and lead a team to ensure excellent service to all guests.Certified Responsible Service of Alcohol.A current valid driver's license.The ability to work a rotating roster across a 7-day working week including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.BenefitsDiscounted accommodation for you, your family & friends at over 300 G'Day Group holiday parks nationally.Discounts with our G'Day Rewards Partners including gym memberships, flights, petrol, car and camper van hire, car servicing and moreService recognition awards.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Internal promotions and opportunities.We believe in creating experiences that people will always want more of.
