Take the lead in coordinating nationwide services
Are you an organised and proactive professional ready to manage a national team of Service Technicians and subcontractors?
We're looking for a National Service Coordinator based in Campbellfield, VIC , to join our clients expanding team.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of our service operations across Australia, ensuring that all equipment servicing, maintenance, and repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
What You'll Be Doing: Scheduling & Coordination: You'll receive service requests, raise work orders, and allocate tasks to Field Service Technicians and subcontractors nationwide.
Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and manage regular maintenance for customer equipment, from dock levellers and scissor lift tables to roller doors and car stackers.
Customer Service: Be the main point of contact for our service customers, handling incoming calls and emails professionally and with a problem-solving attitude.
Follow-Ups & Reporting: Keep a close eye on open work orders and follow up on any outstanding jobs to ensure everything is running smoothly.
Administration: Manage job costing updates, maintain asset records, and handle customer correspondence.
Skills & Attributes We're Looking For: Previous Experience Scheduling Technicians (MUST): We require candidates with proven experience in coordinating, scheduling, or dispatching technicians or field staff in a busy environment.
Strong Customer Service Experience: You've got a knack for building rapport with clients and stakeholders, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Attention to Detail: Your meticulous approach ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, and every job is tracked and completed efficiently.
Calm Under Pressure: In a fast-paced environment, you can juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and think on your feet.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using computers and software systems for managing work orders and schedules.
Team Player with Leadership Qualities: While you'll work closely with other departments, you'll also be the go-to person for our Field Service team, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
Mechanical Aptitude: While you don't need to be an engineer, a reasonable understanding of mechanical equipment will help you in this role.
