But did you know we have 23 divisions, 135 sites nationally, employ nearly 3000 people and operate a fleet of over 2300
We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.
Our teams include Drivers/Operators, Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, IT/Digital, Environment, Engineering, Industrial Chemists, Safety, Administration and much more .

With so much opportunity, what is your career path? ABOUT THIS ROLE Based in Cannonvale (Whitsundays), we are seeking an Attendant for our Transfer Station in the area.
You will be a motivated team player with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, positive attitude and great safety record – we can teach you the rest
You will enjoy family friendly hours – no more long haul, DIDO or FIFO, as well as great pay rates - particularly for those interested in overtime or additional work
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer service; payment handling (including EFTPOS)Direct traffic within the transfer station and provide general information to customersControl the placement of waste and recyclables being deposited by customers, to maximise resource recoveryMaintain all buildings, grounds, roadways and landscaping - clean and tidy condition at all timesDriving a backhoe and HR truck onsiteUndertake general labouring and administrative duties as directedABOUT YOU Comfortable with a Set Roster - Monday to Friday - 6am startExperience in the waste industry (ideally)Strong work ethic with a can-do attitudeExcellent verbal communication skillsEnjoy working outdoors in a hands-on environmentSKILLS HR Truck and Backhoe license advantageous - don't have one?
