Job LocationSydneyJob DescriptionOverview of the JobAs our Data Integrity & Support Specialist, you will play a vital role supporting our national sales and go-to-market operations, owning the maintenance, update, and communication of P&G's product, pricing, and financial data.
You will be responsible for ensuring the overall product information readiness of new launches to market.
Through engagement and collaboration with commercial and sales teams, we are looking for a hardworking, focused, and collaborative teammate who will help bring our products into more homes of Australians and New Zealanders.RESPONSIBILITIESLocal Management of all product and pricing master data maintenance via SAPLead critical processes relating to product launch readiness - including samples, pricing, product/shipping configuration data, barcode verification reports, dangerous goods reports, eContent and imaging.Lead consolidation of trade plans and budget adjustments to be deployed to the sales organisationCollaborate with customer facing sales teams to deliver pricing reports and new product submission formsKey contact for agency partners to ensure flawless product launch readiness - GS1, SKU Library, National Product CatalogueGeneral team support specialist - budget adherence, booking mail/courier services, auditing/proofing as requiredContinually looking to identify ways to improve processes, procedures, and the efficiency of the sales customer teamJob QualificationsQualificationsAt least 1-year experience in relevant commercial administrative positionAdvanced IT skills and knowledge of the MS Office & SAP suite of programs particularly MS Excel functionsPrior experience with GS1, SKU Library, National Product Catalogue preferred but not crucialExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently on multiple priorities and deadlines.About UsWe produce globally recognized brands, and we grow the best business leaders in the industry.
