The individual in the Property Sales Administration role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services through effectively listing properties and managing the sales process in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
Success in this position will be dependent upon the individual's ability to manage the administration tasks, following sales process and keeping Raine & Horne office admin smooth.
Working in a team environment with 8-10 other Property Sales Representatives, the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation's office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.
You should be able to Coordinate all administrative tasks related to property sales, with support from the office administrator.Organize and oversee property preparations, including arranging necessary work with tradespeople and communicating with tenants if applicable.Book and manage marketing requirements such as photography, videography, and floor plans.Review and finalize marketing proofs with sellers before listing properties.Prepare and distribute vendor reports, ensuring clear communication with clients.Assist the lead agent by organizing open home schedules and providing necessary instructions.Compile and manage administration tasks, including statistical data preparation for the lead agent.Maintain regular communication with sellers, internal admin teams, and tradespeople throughout the sales campaign.We are looking for Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems for efficient task execution.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.At least 2 years of experience in real estate administration or a related role.A proactive approach, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on attention to detail.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.What we have for you Comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career growth.Competitive salary package complemented by performance-based bonuses.A supportive and collaborative work environment to help you thrive.Access to essential tools and resources to ensure your success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
