About the role This role provides casework support for migrants in transition within the migrant support program.
Conducting safety planning and risk assessment and developing case plans to support referred clients with complex and individualised needs.
The Case Worker focuses on providing individualised case management support to meet the health and welfare needs of people referred to the Support Program, along with working with other agencies and organisations collaboratively to source appropriate support for clients.
To be successful in this role you will have a high level of cultural competence and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
You will also have proven ability to provide high quality casework support.
