We are now seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Victoria.Position Overview:Reporting to the Strategic Sales Manager, this role is responsible for selling gaming products to licensed hotel and club operators within an assigned territory, enhancing the customer experience in the process.
Success in the role will depend on building strong relationships with customers, having a sound understanding of Light & Wonder products, utilising data to showcase product appeal as well as teamwork both with peers in the Sales team and cross functionally beyond that.Duties and Responsibilities:Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets through diligent market planning using tools that you can contribute to improving over time.Client Engagement: Build and sustain robust relationships with potential clients and partners, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.Customer experience (CX): Leveraging experience and passion for CX to improve the experience and consistency of that experience provided to customers – working as appropriate with related functions in the business.Product Mastery: Develop an in-depth understanding of LNW products and the ability to articulate the value to clients.Reporting and Analytics: Scope, develop and provide updates on sales activities and market insights to inform strategy, planning and sales enablement.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated consultative, value-based solution selling skills and ability to connect innovative solutions to customer priorities.Experienced in building and maintaining Executive level (CXO) stakeholder relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
